Job summary

North Ryde Golf Club is seeking a Functions Coordinator to grow our events and function business and create memorable experiences for members and guests. You’ll manage bookings from enquiry through to execution, develop corporate and community partnerships, and work with hospitality staff to deliver smooth events.

You’ll be the first contact for function enquiries, quotes and proposals, and you’ll help run run sheets, on-the-day execution and our social calendar.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, functions or hospitality coordination.
• Proactive, sales-minded approach to winning new business.
• Sharp organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and professional, member-first attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for function and event inquiries, quotes and proposals.
• Proactively grow new business - corporate, social and community.
• Plan and deliver flawless events from run sheets to on-the-day execution.
• Build and maintain the annual social calendar and keep listings up to date.
• Support digital marketing campaigns to promote events.
