Job summary

Officeworks in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Functional Analyst to join our IT Supply Chain team, focusing on Koerber Warehouse Advantage (HighJump) WMS. You will work closely with warehouse operations, business stakeholders, vendors and IT to provide functional support, troubleshoot issues and drive improvements.

You will play a key role in ensuring our warehouse systems operate efficiently, delivering enhancements and enabling data-driven decisions with Power BI while collaborating

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting and configuring WMS systems.
• Experience with Koerber Warehouse Advantage or similar tier-1 WMS.
• Strong debugging, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders, vendors and IT teams.
• Knowledge of system integrations and inventory data.
• SQL skills and data analysis experience.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Functional Analyst to join our IT Supply Chain team, with a primary focus on supporting and enhancing our Warehouse Management System (WMS), Koerber Warehouse Advantage (HighJump). Working closely with warehouse operations, business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams, you will provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, deliver system enhancements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring our warehouse systems operate efficiently and continue to meet business needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology and operations and is passionate about improving warehouse performance through technology.

About You

• 3+ years' experience supporting and configuring Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience providing support for Koerber Warehouse Advantage (HighJump) or a similar tier 1 WMS platform.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience delivering system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of system integrations and third-party applications.
• Intermediate-advanced SQL skills and experience working with inventory or operational data.
• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, vendors, and operational teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Power BI and ITIL-based support environments would be advantageous.
• Exposure to SAP ERP logistics modules and supply chain applications would be highly regarded.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, Business Systems, or a related discipline.
