Job summary

Halcyon Knights in Melbourne is seeking a Functional Analyst/Business Analyst to bridge technology with transport operations within a large-scale logistics environment. You will ensure Blue Yonder TMS supports business requirements, translating needs into functional specs and contributing to platform enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience as Functional Analyst or Business Analyst or TMS Specialist.
• Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder TMS (formerly JDA).
• Strong understanding of transport management processes incl. planning and dispatch.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting specs, and supporting configuration.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in complex logistics, supply chain, transport or distribution environments.
• Exposure to system integrations, SQL or reporting tools is advantageous.

This is an opportunity to work within a complex, large-scale operational environment, supporting the ongoing optimisation, enhancement and delivery of business-critical transport technology.

The Opportunity

Working closely with technology teams, operational stakeholders and external vendors, you'll play a key role in ensuring the TMS platform supports business requirements and delivers efficient transport operations.

You'll combine functional system expertise with strong business analysis and problem-solving skills to translate operational needs into practical technology solutions.

• Experience gathering requirements, documenting functional specifications and supporting system configuration.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working in complex logistics, supply chain, transport or distribution environments.
• Exposure to system integrations, SQL or reporting tools would be advantageous.
