Job summary

The Fresh Collective is hiring full-time and casual waitstaff for UNSW The Lounge. Join a dynamic team providing warm hospitality, efficient service, and friendly guest experiences in a busy campus venue.

Applicants should have FOH hospitality experience, A La Carte service, and a NSW RSA. Monday and Friday availability 10am–3pm, Tue–Thu 9am–7pm with occasional evenings is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year in FOH hospitality.
• A La Carte waitperson experience.
• Valid NSW RSA certification.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Available to work Monday & Friday 10am-3pm and Tuesday to Thursday 9am-7pm with occasional evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and ensure customers have a delightful experience.
• Deliver food and beverage service to guests in a professional, efficient and courteous manner.
• A la carte and bar service.
• Use the POS, entering orders and handling cash/card.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the bar's wine list, cocktail menu and food menu.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures.

The Fresh Collective are looking for full time and casual waitstaffs to join the team at UNSW, The Lounge.

Salary

Full Time: $68k p.a.

The Role

• Take orders and ensure customers have a delightful experience

About You

• Passionate about customer service, experienced and motivated about working in a fast-paced busy environment
• 1 year in FOH hospitality
• A La Carte waitperson experience
• A team player who can work independently
• Well presented with a great work ethic and a positive CAN DO attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Have a valid NSW RSA
• Valid working rights in Australia
• Available to work on Monday & Friday 10am - 3pm and Tuesday to Thursday 9am - 7pm with occasional evening shifts on Monday and Friday
