Qualifications

• Diploma in business/retail/hospitality management required.
• 2–3 years in Retail Manager or similar role, preferably in food/hospitality.
• Experience with budgets, rosters, inventory and sales reporting.
• Strong leadership and customer service focus.
• Food Safety Supervisor NSW or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations from opening to close.
• Recruit, onboard and train staff to ensure brand standards.
• Plan rosters balancing labour costs and service quality.
• Monitor sales, margins and costs; prepare performance reports.
• Manage supplier relationships and inventory control.
• Lead local marketing and in-store promotions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and WHS.
• Address customer feedback professionally to protect the brand.
• Collaborate with owners to align operations with business goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and engagement.
