Job summary

La Riviera Restaurant & Bar in Sydney is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, lead the team, and maintain high service standards. You will recruit and train staff, monitor costs and inventory, and ensure compliance with food safety and liquor licensing.
