Job summary

Jones Radiology in South Australia is seeking a dedicated Contact Centre Agent to be the first point of contact for patients, referrers and healthcare professionals. In a fast-paced team, you will coordinate appointments, provide clear information about procedures, and respond to inquiries by phone and email while ensuring records are accurate.

You will work full-time from Eastwood, with rotating weekday shifts and one Saturday each month, supported by structured training and scripts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage patient appointments and booking requests across the network.
• Provide patients with clear information about appointments and procedures.

• Ensure patient details and records are maintained accurately within our systems.
• Coordinate urgent appointment requests and support efficient scheduling outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinic teams to deliver a seamless patient experience.
• Escalate issues where required and support continuous improvement.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and maintain highest standards of service.
