As a valued member of our Contact Centre team, you can choose to be based at either our Rose Park Head Office (central) or our Salisbury clinic (northern), with the option to experience both. This flexibility gives you variety, connection, and the chance to balance work with life outside.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first voice patients and referrers hear — supporting them with warmth and professionalism.
• Accurately book and manage appointments so patients get the right care at the right time.
• Provide clear information on arrival times, preparation steps, and costs to help patients feel confident and prepared.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records to keep operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience in busy, phone-based service environments (contact centre, medical bookings, customer hub).
• Knowledge of medical or radiology bookings (highly regarded).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple systems at once.
• A calm and caring manner, even under pressure.
• Current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
