Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Reliable and focused on completing tasks in a timely and professional way.

Responsibilities

• Interpret, quote, source and order automotive parts accurately
• Liaise with technicians and service to ensure parts availability and smooth job flow
• Track orders, ETAs and parts usage through dealership systems
• Customer contact via face-to-face and over the telephone
• Assist with stock control and maintaining accurate records
• Provide strong internal customer service to the workshop and service department
• As you develop: support workflow coordination and additional service-related tasks
