Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Parts Interpreter, Parts Advisor, or similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, components, and part identification across various makes and models.
• Proficiency with automotive parts management software and computer systems.
• Excellent technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret technical documentation and specifications.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical information clearly.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy when handling part numbers and specifications.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and prioritise effectively.
• A valid driver's licence would be advantageous.
• Relevant automotive qualifications or certifications are desirable but not essential if you possess strong practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and interpret vehicle specifications and parts requirements from customer requests and work orders.
