Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Loss Prevention Associate for the TK Maxx Fairfield store in Sydney's NSW region. You will deter theft, protect customers and staff, and uphold store safety while contributing to a secure, welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

Experience in loss prevention, security, customer service, or a related environment.
Current Security License preferred (support may be available to obtain where applicable).
Demonstrated experience operating CCTV systems, alarm systems, and computer applications.
Strong observation skills with sound judgement and decision‑making ability.
A calm, professional approach when dealing with incidents and challenging situations.

Responsibilities

Maintain a visible Loss Prevention presence to deter theft.
Utilise security technology including CCTV, alarm systems, and merchandise protection devices.
Conduct security and compliance checks, reporting incidents and risks as required.
Respond to security incidents in a professional and policy‑compliant manner.
Identify, investigate, and communicate shrinkage risks and trends.
Build effective working relationships with store teams and local police.
