Job summary

McArthur is recruiting Lead Educators for Nursery and Toddler rooms in a multicultural early learning community. Full-time, 37.5 hours across rotating shifts, with weekly planning time and StoryPark programming support.

Qualifications

• Requires relevant approved early childhood qualification.
• At least six months' experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Educator for Nursery (0-12 months) or Toddler (14-18 months) rooms.
• Participate in rotating programming and planning with a shared leadership model.
• Support staff wellbeing and collaborative team culture on the floor.
• Engage in weekly planning with Educational Leader guidance.
