Job summary

McArthur is recruiting Lead Educators for Nursery and Toddler rooms in a multicultural early learning community. You will join a collaborative team with planned development and strong on-floor support from leaders.

Qualifications

• Requires relevant approved early childhood qualification.
• At least six months' experience in early learning is preferred.
• Experience with StoryPark is strongly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Support programming and planning for Nursery (0–12 months) and Toddler (14–18 months) rooms.
• Work across rotating shifts on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week).
• Collaborate with the team to share responsibilities and reduce burnout.
