Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma Level Chef qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience in broad Italian cuisine including Italian pastries.
• Previous success in a similar role with Italian cuisine is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute menus with other chefs/owner.
• Coordinate rostering of staff and supervise kitchen operations.
• Prepare and cook all dishes to menu specifications and maintain quality/presentation.
• Ensure kitchen hygiene standards and safe food storage at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies; manage workload and deadlines.
