Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and close matters; handle conflict checks and client billing; prepare engagement letters and trust statements; manage document lodgement and searches.
• Provide diary management, general practice administration, and schedule appointments.
• Assist with client onboarding, client services, and handling inquiries to ensure a smooth client experience.
