• Roster knowledge and ability to manage rostering.
• Gaming knowledge is preferred.
• Police Check.
• Growth through knowledge in the industry and mentoring.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced leader for Paradise Point Bowls Club on the Gold Coast to deliver A Class hospitality experiences. Coming from a strong hospitality background fostered around food, beverage and gaming, you will be responsible for the day to day delivery of services across a dining room (160 pax capacity), gaming room, sports bar with TAB facilities, reception and administration, outdoor viewing deck, and 3 greens with an undercover green.

Key responsibilities

Deliver day to day services across dining, gaming, sports bar, reception, administration and outdoor facilities

Manage the dining room, gaming room, and sports bar operations

Lead and manage others

Roster management

Provide high levels of customer service with an energetic and positive attitude

About you

At least 12 months previous experience in a similar role

High levels of customer service and professional, engaging and motivational attitude

RSA, RSG, CLOR, RMLV or willing to obtain

Approved Managers License

Blue Card

Knowledge on leading and managing others

Roster knowledge

Gaming knowledge

Police Check

Growth through knowledge in the industry
