Childrens Services Community Management – Thornton NSW is seeking a reliable Diploma Educator to join our supportive team in a full-time role. You will contribute to a warm, home-like learning environment and work across a variety of shifts to support children and families.

You will be part of a not-for-profit service that values safety, inclusion and respectful relationships, with a focus on engaging, play-based learning and strong collaboration among educators.

Competenze

• Diploma Educator qualification or equivalent.
• CHCPRT025 – Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk or equivalent.
• Current ACECQA-approved First Aid Certificate, including asthma and anaphylaxis training.

Full-time Diploma Educator - Exceeding Community - based Setting

Childrens Services Community Management – Thornton NSW

Children's Services Community Management (CSCM) is committed to creating environments where children feel safe, respected, valued and heard. Child safety is at the heart of everything we do, and we are dedicated to upholding the Child Safe Standards while fostering a culture of wellbeing, inclusion and respect for every child, family and educator.

We are a not-for-profit organisation overseeing one long day care centre and three community preschools. Thornton Child Care and Pre-School Centre is a much-loved part of the local community, welcoming up to 39 children each day. We are proud of our warm, home-like environments, our beautiful natural outdoor spaces and the genuine relationships we build with children, families and one another.

We are seeking a reliable, flexible and enthusiastic Diploma Educator to join our team in a full-time position, working across a variety of shifts.

Our service is also a recipient of the Worker Retention Payment, providing an additional benefit for our educators.

About you
