You will oversee daily operations, staff management, scheduling, patient flow, and financial performance, while partnering with marketing to grow patient numbers and maintain KPI reporting and compliance with SOPs. You will drive a culture of quality care and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years previous experience working as a practice manager.
• A go getter personality with a can do approach.
• Exceptional leadership skills.
• A passion for the dental industry and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Proven capability to manage staff, patients, and visitors effectively.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on cultural awareness and teamwork.
• Emphasis on process improvement, with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
• Overseeing stock orders and staff scheduling.
• Supporting marketing activities, including generating ideas and coordinating with the marketing manager.
• Managing financial aspects, such as linking patient statistics to revenue generation, emphasizing patient and marketing monitors for success measurement, tracking billings, and managing petty cash.
• Ensuring operational compliance by adhering to standard operating procedures and providing accurate monthly reports on KPI adherence.
