Job summary

Seabreeze Dentistry & Denture Clinic in Seaford, Victoria, is seeking a highly organised Practice Manager to lead daily operations of both dental and denture services, backed by an on-site laboratory.

You will oversee appointments, staff leadership, financial performance, patient experience and coordination with the lab, driving efficiency and growth within a welcoming, professional clinic.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a dental practice or senior dental administration role.
• Strong knowledge of dental practice operations, scheduling, billing and patient management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy clinical environment.
• Sound understanding of dental private health insurance claiming and Medicare dental programs.
• Confidence in monitoring KPIs and preparing reports.
• Proactive, professional and patient-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth daily operation of dental and denture services.
• Manage appointment scheduling, clinical workflows and patient coordination.
• Ensure optimal utilisation of chairs, clinicians and lab resources.
• Develop and maintain practice policies, procedures and systems.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements.
• Manage supplier relationships, stock control and maintenance.
• Ensure infection control, compliance and safety requirements are met.
