Datacom is hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our Modbury-based Federal Government support team in Australia. You’ll be the friendly, professional first point of contact helping customers solve problems and access essential services.

Qualifications

• Australian citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
• Clear, confident verbal and written communication.
• Experience in customer service or contact centres is highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and processing items
• Build rapport quickly while providing accurate, timely information
• Identify and resolve issues by following clear processes and guidelines
• Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction and service quality
