Datacom is hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives to join the Modbury-based Federal Government support team. You will be the friendly first contact for customers, helping them access essential services and achieve the best outcomes.

We provide full training, knowledge resources, and ongoing leadership support to help you thrive, whether you come from healthcare, hospitality, or call centres. You’ll join a supportive, inclusive team at Datacom.

Qualificações

• Clear, confident verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under time pressure.
• Team player who contributes to a positive environment.
• Empathy and patience, especially when assisting people in challenging situations.
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems (typing speed 20 WPM or higher).
• Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
• Previous customer service or contact centre experience is highly regarded but not essential—training will set you up for success.
