Job summary

Capital SMART is seeking a Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact for customers at our Brookvale site, with occasional travel to Lane Cove to assist.

Permanent role, Monday to Friday, 7.30am–4.00pm. You will greet customers, provide up-to-date information about repairs, and help manage vehicle returns in a welcoming, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone rapport.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• A team player committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Own vehicle and valid NSW driver’s licence.

Capital SMART – Customer Service Officer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at SMART Brookvale. This position will also at times require travel to our Lane Cove site for assistance.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing up to date information about their repairs and instilling confidence that the customer has left their car in very capable hands.
