Job summary

Capital S.M.A.R.T is hiring a Customer Service Officer to join the Brookvale team, with occasional travel to Lane Cove. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing up-to-date information about repairs and assuring customers their cars are in capable hands.

Permanent, Monday to Friday, 7.30am–4.00pm. You will greet customers, manage check-ins, maintain a welcoming environment and coordinate the vehicle return while addressing any concerns. Uniforms included.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Team player committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Full Australian working rights and valid NSW driver’s license.

Responsibilities
