Job summary

Capital S.M.A.R.T in Sydney is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join the team at SMART Brookvale. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing up-to-date information about repairs and ensuring customers feel confident their car is in capable hands.

The role is permanent, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm, with occasional travel to Lane Cove. You will greet customers, manage the check-in, communicate repair details clearly, maintain a welcoming environment, and address

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport in person and over the phone.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• A team player committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Own vehicle and valid NSW drivers licence.

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at SMART Brookvale. This position will also at times require travel to our Lane Cove site for assistance.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing up to date information about their repairs and instilling confidence that the customer has left their car in very capable hands.
