San Telmo in Melbourne’s CBD is hiring two Commis Chefs for full-time roles. You will cook dishes to our Argentinian-inspired standards, support the kitchen team and grow into leadership positions as you learn under experienced chefs.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a commercial kitchen, can commit to full-time shifts including evenings and weekends, and are eager to progress towards higher responsibilities within our established hospitality group.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Full-time availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Interest in developing towards future leadership within the kitchen.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook dishes to San Telmo’s standards across kitchen sections.
• Support wider kitchen operations and take on tasks beyond your section when required.
• Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, cleanliness and food safety.
