The San Telmo Group in Melbourne’s CBD is hiring two Commis Chefs to join our vibrant kitchen. You will develop skills across sections and work toward leadership roles within a busy Argentinian-inspired kitchen.

We value experience, teamwork and a willingness to learn. This permanent full-time role includes paid leave, staff meals and opportunities for career progression in our growing hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Full-time availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Genuine interest in developing toward future leadership.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking dishes to San Telmo’s standards across different kitchen sections.
• Supporting the wider kitchen operation and confidently taking on tasks beyond your immediate section.
• Maintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation, cleanliness, food safety and organisation.
