Job summary

Gladstone Hotel is seeking an experienced Chef to join the team in a fast-paced, energetic kitchen led by a Head Chef. You will work across a busy commercial kitchen delivering quality and modern cuisine in a friendly, family-style environment.

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Food Hygiene compliance, knowledge and practices
• Availability for rotating roster across Mon to Sun.
• Job will require approx. 38 hrs per week.

Gladstone Hotel is looking for an additional experienced Chef to join the team. You will be working within an energetic, friendly environment, with a dedicated Head Chef and team who are fun and treat each other like a big family.
