Gardners Inn Hotel is seeking an experienced Chef to join our energetic kitchen team. You will work under a dedicated Head Chef in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality and modern dishes across a variety of cuisines.

The role requires a minimum of three years in a professional kitchen, the ability to handle own section, and a flexible, customer-focused approach. Expect a 38-hour week with a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday, and a strong emphasis on food presentation and

• Must have qualifications or trade experience equivalent.
• Flexible and willing attitude, clear communication and customer service skills.
• Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation.
• Ability to manage your own sections and deliver high-quality food during service.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Food Hygiene compliance, knowledge and practices.
• Availability for rotating roster Mon to Sun.
