Job summary

Juniors at Wadalba, a small family owned service, seeks a full-time Certificate III trained educator to join our friendly, dynamic team. You will deliver and evaluate early learning programs and build strong relationships with children and families.

Hours are 6:30am–6:00pm, Monday to Friday, 51 weeks per year. The successful candidate will be passionate about making a positive difference and will hold WWCC, First Aid/CPR, and Child Safety training, plus knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Certificate III in Childcare Services.
• Current WWCC and relevant training (First Aid, CPR).
• Knowledge of Child Safe Standards and Early Years Learning Framework.

Juniors at Wadalba,is seeking a full time Certificate III trained educator to join our friendly, dynamic team. Whocan effectively deliver and evaluate early learning programs. The days on offer are Monday and Friday.

The position requires someone who ispassionate and motivated about making a positive difference in the lives of children and families.

We operate 51 weeks of the year and close over the Christmas Period and Public Holidays. And our hours of service are 6:30am - 6:00pm, Monday- Friday.

The successful applicant will have:

• Certificate III in Childcare Services
• Current WWCC
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
• GECCKO child safety training certificate
• Child protection certificate
• Knowledge of the Child Safe Standards and implement them throughout each day
• Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
• Knowledge of the National Quality Standards and the National Framework
• Commitment to Child Protection and Safety
• Commitment to continual development and improvement both professionally and personally
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A professional and enthusiastic attitude
• Abilityto develop and maintain strong relationships with families, children and colleagues
