Job summary

Mini Masterminds Tallawong is seeking a Full-Time Certificate III Educator to join our team in Sydney. You will work as part of a collaborative team to create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's development and wellbeing.

You’ll build strong relationships with children and families while contributing to a safe, inclusive learning environment and ensuring the centre complies with NQF/NQS and relevant legislation.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (required).
• WWCC (Working With Children Check) is required.
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications required.
• Child Protection training/certificaterequired.
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of engaging educational programs.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Observe and document children's learning and development.

About You

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
• Current Child Protection training/certificate
• Basic knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for early childhood education
• Preferably 1+ years’ experience working in an early childhood education and care setting
