Starbucks Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Doncaster to lead store operations and a high-performing team. You will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver the Starbucks Experience and manage rostering, budgets, and P&L while fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Two years' progressively responsible experience, including at least one year in a customer-facing role.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in store leadership roles, ideally in hospitality or quick service.
• Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance.
• Exposure to rostering, budgets, and P&L reports.
• Proven ability to develop teams and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.

The Opportunity

As an Assistant Store Manager at Starbucks, you'll play a key leadership role in bringing the Starbucks Experience to life. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help lead store operations, develop a high-performing team, and create a welcoming third place for customers and communities.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you'll grow your business acumen, coaching capability, and operational expertise while being supported to take the next step in your leadership career.
