Job summary

Starbucks Australia is seeking a full-time Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations and coach a high-performing team in Canberra. This hands-on leadership role offers guaranteed hours, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career progression within the Starbucks network.

You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to deliver the Starbucks Experience, manage rostering and budgets, and ensure exceptional customer service while adhering to brand standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ progressively responsible experience, including at least one year in a customer-facing role.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in store leadership roles, ideally within hospitality or quick service.

The Opportunity

As an Assistant Store Manager at Starbucks , you’ll play a key leadership role in bringing the Starbucks Experience to life. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll help lead store operations, develop a high‑performing team, and create a welcoming third place for customers and communities.

We’d love to hear from people who have:
