Starbucks Australia is seeking a full-time Assistant Store Manager in Darwin. In this hands-on leadership role, you will work with the Store Manager to run daily store operations, coach and develop a high‑performing team, and ensure the Starbucks Experience is delivered to customers and communities.

This permanent role includes 38 hours per week, fast-food industry award rates, and extensive partner benefits such as free coffee on shift, a 30% partner discount, training, and clear career

Qualificações

• Minimum two years’ progressively responsible experience, including at least one year in a customer-facing role.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous store leadership experience, ideally in hospitality or quick service.
• Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance.
• Exposure to rostering, budgets, and P&L reports.
• Proven ability to develop teams and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
