Job summary

Experis Australia is seeking a hands-on Full Stack AI Developer to deliver AI-powered experiences in a large enterprise. You will rapidly turn ideas into production, build intuitive front-end experiences, and integrate with enterprise systems and cloud platforms.

You will work across AI agents, RAG workflows, and multi-cloud deployments to drive measurable outcomes, collaborating with stakeholders to translate broad requirements into practical technical solutions.

Qualifications

Proven experience building Generative AI applications, AI agents or agentic workflows.
Strong full stack development background with solid front-end capability.
Advanced Python development skills.
Strong API design, integration and system interoperability experience.
Experience with LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and agent orchestration frameworks.
Tool calling and multi-agent solutions; cloud deployment experience.
Understanding of SDLC and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Design, build and deploy AI agents and AI-powered applications.
Rapidly develop proof-of-concepts and evolve them into production-ready solutions.
Create modern front-end experiences that make AI capabilities accessible and intuitive.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, APIs and business systems.
Build RAG-enabled applications using structured and unstructured data sources.
Implement testing, observability, governance and human-in-the-loop controls.
Deploy and manage workloads across cloud environments.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
