Job summary

FSG Printing in Melbourne's Bayswater office is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive new business across local government and commercial accounts. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing, with support from an outbound program and marketing campaigns.

You will engage with council and commercial decision-makers, cultivate long-term client relationships, and represent the company at events.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, ideally with new business experience.
• Experience running a full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing.
• Strong communicator with ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM systems and disciplined activity logging.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and win new business across local government and commercial accounts.
• Convert qualified leads and appointments into signed business.
• Own the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal and pitch, negotiation and close.
• Build and manage a healthy, accurately forecast sales pipeline in the CRM.
• Develop long-term client relationships that lead to repeat and expanded business.
• Represent FSG at industry events, trade shows and council functions.
• Work with marketing/outbound to convert campaigns into booked meetings and deals.
• Report on sales activity, pipeline movement and results.
