You will partner with leaders to forecast, schedule and optimise labour budgets using data-driven insights, driving efficient planning and strong commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, labour planning, scheduling or similar analytical roles is highly regarded.
• Commercial mindset to balance customer demand, operational priorities and budgets.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for leaders.

Responsibilities

• Secure end-to-end workforce planning, forecasting and scheduling aligned with demand and budgets.
• Partner with leaders to co-create schedules balancing demand, availability and finances.
• Analyse workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for action.
• Educate and coach leaders on People Planning principles and best practices.
• Review structures and hours to support operations and co-worker experience.
• Contribute to implementing People Planning solutions and data-driven culture.
• Ensure plans comply with IKEA policies and employment standards.
