Eco Outdoor in Sydney is seeking a proactive Customer Service / Logistics Coordinator to join the Fulfilment & Customer Support team in Waterloo. You’ll support daily fulfilment activities, data entry, stock coordination and liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure orders are ready and delivered on time.

Ideal candidates will have 0–1 years in customer service or logistics, excellent communication, attention to detail and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 0–1 years of experience in customer service, logistics, warehouse fulfilment operations, or administrative support.
• Excellent communication skills and relatability whether in person, in writing or over the phone.
• Experience in conflict resolution (highly regarded).
• A team player who can work collaboratively and take instruction from team lead.
• Strong interest in building a long-term career in operations or supply chain.
• Excellent attention to detail and advanced computer skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a drive to learn and grow.
• Experience with SOP documentation or ERP systems is highly regarded.

Mansioni

• Supporting order handover (from Sales) with accurate data entry and basic validations.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Assisting in stock transfer co-ordination and ensuring order readiness.
• Scheduling deliveries to optimise routes/timelines.
• Ensuring the highest level of service is maintained with all customer touch points, calls, emails, text and occasionally in person.
• Addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions in a timely manner.
• Updating internal systems and maintaining fulfilment SOPs.
• Escalating delays or anomalies to the Fulfilment Specialist.
• Attending WIP meetings and tracking order status.
• Supporting team admin and maintaining data accuracy.
