As our Fuels & Energy East business continues to grow, we are inviting Expressions of Interest from Project Administrators interested in expanding their experience across the bulk storage, fuels, refining and terminal infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience as Project Administrator in bulk storage, fuels, refining or terminal infrastructure sectors.
• Experience with procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination in projects.
• Proficiency with SAP (or ERP) and SharePoint, plus MS Office.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
• Experience supporting maintenance, engineering, or project delivery teams in high-volume environments.
• Excellent communication skills across stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project administration support across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate procurement activities: raise purchase requisitions, track orders, liaise with vendors and internal teams.
• Coordinate documentation, reporting, and project correspondence.
• Maintain project records, procurement registers, and systems (SAP, SharePoint, MS Office).
• Support scheduling, reporting, and deliverables tracking for project and delivery teams.
• Assist onboarding, timesheets, procurement coordination, and general logistics.
• Ensure timely follow-up on actions, milestones, deadlines, and outstanding items.
• Support document control, ensuring compliance with project, procurement, and client requirements.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, procurement teams, and site teams to keep projects moving efficiently.
