Job summary

Merthyr Bowls Club Inc is seeking a full-time Chef for our busy bistro-style venue in New Farm, Brisbane. You will join a team focused on quality service during lunch and dinner, Tuesday to Sunday.

We value experience in restaurant/pub or club settings, food safety, teamwork, and flexibility. You will work in all kitchen sections and participate in functions and events, with weekly pay and opportunities for training and development.

• Experience in a restaurant/pub or club environment.
• Strong understanding of food standards, food safety and hygiene.
• Ability to work in a team and take orders from senior chefs.
• Ability to work in all sections and at functions/events.
• Adhering to preparation and presentation guidelines.

We are a busy bistro style establishment. Open from Tuesday - Sunday for lunch and Dinner service.

Must Have -

• Experience in restaurant/pub or club environment

• Ability to work in ala cate sections and in Functions and Events
• Adhering to preparation and presentation guidelines
