Job summary

Burger Urge in Kallangur is launching a new restaurant and seeks two hands-on Shift Supervisors to lead the team and deliver exceptional guest experiences from day one. This is a frontline, floor-based leadership role with a focus on operations, service quality, and team culture.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will set the tone on shift, coach staff, ensure food safety and hygiene, manage inventory, and help drive a successful launch with strong guest focus and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within hospitality.
• Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Current RSA certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and motivate team performance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and guest experiences.
• Oversee food preparation, service standards, and product quality.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and compliance.
• Manage inventory, stock, and ordering.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and high-standard venue.
• Handle customer issues confidently and professionally.
• Support team training, culture, and operational success.
• Assist with marketing and promotional initiatives.
