Job summary

Burger Urge is launching a new Kallangur location and seeks two hands-on Shift Supervisors to lead the team on the floor from day one. You will drive exceptional guest experiences, oversee service quality, and establish a positive, high-performing culture in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of supervisory hospitality experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to food safety and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in a supervisory role within hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Positive, motivated, and solutions-focused attitude.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Current RSA certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and motivate team performance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and guest experiences.
• Oversee food preparation, service standards, and product quality.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and compliance.
• Manage inventory, stock, and ordering.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and high-standard venue.
• Handle customer issues confidently and professionally.
• Support team training, culture, and operational success.
• Assist with marketing and promotional initiatives.
