Rev. Bill Crews Foundation is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator in Sydney to run hands-on community programs, engage respectfully with guests, and connect people to services.

The role blends frontline interaction with program coordination, driving meaningful outcomes for individuals facing homelessness and hardship. You will collaborate with our Events team, build partnerships with community organisations, and maintain accurate records while contributing to reporting and evaluation.

Qualificações

• A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Community Services, Social Science, Welfare or a related discipline.
• Experience working in community services, homelessness, welfare or outreach.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and facilitate community programs and engagement initiatives.
• Build respectful relationships with people experiencing homelessness or hardship.
• Identify guest needs and facilitate referrals to internal or external services.
• Support events planning with the BCF team to boost guest participation.
• Maintain program records and monitor participation and outcomes.
