Job summary

The Rev. Bill Crews Foundation invites an experienced Client Services Coordinator to lead the frontline Client Services team within our Social Health & Wellbeing services.

This hands-on leadership role blends team coordination, case management oversight, service delivery and quality assurance to support people experiencing homelessness, hardship and complex needs. You will ensure accreditation standards, manage AOD program reporting, and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver

Qualifications

• Ter tiary qualification in Social Work, Community Services or related field.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in frontline community services.
• Knowledge of case management, crisis intervention and person-centred support.
• Experience with homelessness, mental health or complex needs populations.
• Understand QA, compliance, accreditation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, mentoring and operational support to the Client Services team.
• Oversee case management practices and coordinated service delivery.
• Support AOD program reporting, funding acquittals and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to achieve positive client outcomes.
• Monitor client records and reporting; conduct regular reviews and audits.
• Support accreditation activities and evidence preparation.
