Job summary

The Rev. Bill Crews Foundation (BCF) is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator to work directly with people experiencing homelessness and hardship, coordinating programs and building trusted relationships across BCF services and the community.

This hands-on role requires empathy, trauma-informed approaches, strong organisation, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. You will collaborate with our Events team, support guest referrals, and contribute to reporting and grant-related

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate community-based programs and engagement initiatives across BCF.
• Build professional relationships with people experiencing homelessness and hardship.
• Identify guest needs and facilitate referrals to appropriate services.
• Support outreach and community engagement activities across BCF services.
• Collaborate with Events team for larger events with guest participation.
