The Rev. Bill Crews Foundation (BCF) is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator in Sydney to work hands-on with guests facing homelessness and disadvantage.

You will coordinate community programs, build trusted relationships and support connections to BCF services and partner organisations. You’ll collaborate with our Events team on larger initiatives, maintain program records and contribute to reporting and program evaluation.

Formación

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Community Services, Social Science or Welfare.
• Experience in community services, homelessness, crisis support or outreach preferred.
• Experience engaging people facing disadvantage with sensitivity and professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and facilitate community programs, activities and engagement initiatives.
• Build respectful relationships with people experiencing homelessness and hardship.
• Engage guests with a person-centred, compassionate approach.
• Identify guest needs and facilitate referrals to internal or external services.
• Facilitate group programs including social connection and wellbeing.
• Support outreach and community engagement across services.
• Plan, coordinate events and partnerships with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting and evaluation.
