Oaks Port Douglas Resort is seeking a Full-Time Front Office Supervisor with proven front office experience, leadership qualities and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences to join our team. Lead and support the team in welcoming guests, managing check-in/check-out, handling requests and resolving issues to maintain service standards.

This role requires a rotating roster including weekends, with shifts from early morning to late evening and an immediate start.
