Job summary

Global law firm in Sydney is expanding its Finance practice and seeks an Associate (3+ PAE) to join the team.

You will deliver end-to-end transactional finance solutions for a diverse client base, including major banks, investment funds, and corporate entities, by leading or supporting acquisition finance, corporate lending and real estate finance transactions, while building lasting lender and borrower relationships and collaborating with tax, real estate and regulatory teams.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering end-to-end legal solutions for a diverse client base, including major banks, private credit providers, investment funds, and corporate entities.

Your responsibilities will include leading or supporting complex acquisition finance, corporate lending, and real estate finance transactions. This will include building lasting relationships with both lenders and borrowers, partnering with internal tax, real estate, and regulatory teams, and actively contributing to business development.

You

Our ideal applicant will bring at least 3 years of post admission transactional finance experience gained within an industry ranked national or international firm. You must have expertly honed drafting and technical skills combined with an innovative mindset.
