Job summary

State Street is seeking a Post Production Support Specialist in Australia to support customers after go-live of the CRIMS solution. The role involves configuring the application to client needs, training users, testing workflows and resolving issues, liaising with CRD/Alpha teams, and documenting enhancements based on client requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in financial services, strong knowledge of asset classes, and experience with investment management systems.

Qualifications

Five to ten years of hands-on experience in financial services, consulting or software vendor role.
Experience implementing or supporting Front, Middle or Back Office Investment Management systems is valued.
Travel as required by the customer.

Responsibilities

Define and translate client requirements post go-live into actionable configuration and improvements.
Educate customers on CRIMS methodologies and best practices for implementation and operation.
Maintain client issues list and provide status reporting.
Train users on existing workflows and gather requirements for new asset classes or business lines.
Collaborate with Professional Services to assign specialists and deliverables.
Contribute to software quality by reporting defects clearly and validating fixes.
