Job summary

State Street Corp is seeking a Post Production Support Specialist to assist clients after CRIMS go-live. You will define requirements, tune the application to client needs, train users, test workflows and resolve issues.

The role requires 5–10 years of hands-on experience in financial services, with strong SQL and database skills and knowledge of front/middle/back office systems. You will collaborate with CRD/Alpha teams and client stakeholders to ensure high-quality service and effective

Qualifications

Four year degree in Finance or related field; CFA or advanced degree a plus.
5–10 years hands-on experience in investment management software or services.
Experience implementing or supporting front, middle or back office systems.
Strong knowledge of investment workflows and related asset classes.

Responsibilities

Analyze and evaluate requirements issues while providing product expertise during post go-live.
Educate customers on CRIMS functionalities and best practices.
Advise on implementation and operation of Charles River solutions and services.
Document requirements and communicate product improvements based on trends.
Maintain a client issues list, provide status reporting and train users.
