Minor Hotels Australasia Limited, trading as Oaks Cairns Hotel, is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the front office team on a full-time basis. You will welcome guests, oversee reservations, and uphold service standards at 59/63 Esplanade, Cairns City QLD 4870.

• Minimum 2+ years supervisory hotel or resort experience.
• Exceptional people management and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest welcoming experience and maintain front office operations.
• Meet guests on arrival and assist with room settlement.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and daily reporting.
• Manage team roster to meet budgets and support recruitment.
